The Building Centre exists to promote innovation in the built environment. First established in 1931, the organisation has since developed to become a not-for-profit exhibition and event space providing education, information and inspiration to all sectors of the built environment as well as the general public. The Building Centre is open to all, it is a place where you can join the ongoing debate about the built environment.

The Building Centre is owned and operated by and for the Built Environment Trust, an independent charitable organisation that provides support for educational, research and cultural activities.  It is also a perfect space to hold meetings, conferences and networking receptions. This unique venue in the heart of Bloomsbury has a changing backdrop of exhibitions about the built-environment and spaces designed by award-winning architects.
